Vika Bugakova has been an excellent language teacher for both my wife and I learning Russian and for our company employees learning English. She is very dedicated to her students and their success. She is willing to spend the extra time and effort to personalize the classes not only to the level of understanding of the student but also the style of learning best utilized by each student. Vika makes learning a new language challenging and yet engaging by bringing extra teaching tools and games into the classroom.

One of the accounting people, Elena, had little or no English until entering Vika’s class. In less than three years, she could converse with me about subjects regarding our work. Elena is a shy person, but Vika helped build her confidence and she even did some presentations in English. Having known and worked with 4 language teachers and over 8 translators while in Lipetsk, Vika is by far the best. I highly recommend her to anyone trying to learn a new language.
